Whatever your reason why not book a day on one of our exciting new Bread Making courses Held at Piazza by Anthony.
Book from 1 to 8 places on any of our exciting courses, which included breakfast and a light lunch. Use of a bakers uniform and all the equipment and ingredients you need are provided, you just need to turn up with a passion to Bake!
All courses run from 10am - 4pm and are just £95 per person.

Courses can be Scheduled for Any day of the week Between Sunday & Friday Subject to the Bakers Availability, there is no minimum amount of people required to book a course, but there could be up to a maximum of 8 people on each course.

English Breads - Next Scheduled English Bread Course 19th January 2012
This workshop has been created to get hands on with English Breads. Work with our Head baker Brian to produce an array of different classic english style breads and shapes all from just a few simple dough's. You will create classic cobs and bloomers, oat topped rings and granary rolls to name but a few.
French Breads
Bread is a huge part of French culture and they take it very seriously, with different traditional bread in every region there are a wide array to choose from. On this course we produce some of the most well known. Learn to make all butter Brioche, French Baguettes and sticks, Pain de Campagne and Olive Fougasse. A fantastic range of French classics all in 1 lesson.
Italian Breads - Next Scheduled Italian Bread Course are 13th February & 6th March 2012
Flair and passion are the key ingredients needed to make traditional Italian Bread. Learn to produce some of the most traditional breads the italians have to offer. Enjoy making stone baked Focaccia, Ciabattas, Grissini & Pizza all from a couple of very simple dough's
Rye Breads - Next Scheduled Rye Bread Course 14th January 2012
Rye Bread has developed over the years and has a wide range from very dense and dark breads to light fruit and nut breads. This course will show you a selection of different ones like rye, sour dough, rye and sultana breads (which are an ideal accompaniment to cheese boards)
Indian Breads (Coming Soon)
Why make curry at home and then buy in the nanns or chapattis. This masterclass will show you a large selection of Indian Breads, producing Breads like poppadoms, Parantha, Poori and Roti.
Flavoured Breads (Coming Soon)
This is a course for the creative Bread maker. As there are thousands of different flavoured breads in the world this course gives you the chance to create your own. You will make a couple of plain basic breads and with a huge selection of ingredients you can create your own flavours and designs.
