Dinner Party Classes at Anthony’s Restaurant

If you find organising a dinner party stressful and find your self spending most of the time slaving away in the kitchen while your guests entertain themselves then this cookery class is for you. Anthony’s have created the perfect way for you to learn how to plan, prepare and execute a dinner party with minimal stress and effort whilst your guests are with you.

You will spend a day working with the full Anthony’s team, you will plan your menu, work step by step through the preparation and pre cooking preparation and also have a practise run under the controlled environment of a professional kitchen. Once perfected, our team will pack up all you will need to repeat your menu for 6 friends at home the following day. We will supply you with a 6 printed menus full preparation sheets and printed recipes for you to try out time and time again.

Class Summery

* Class from 10am -4pm
* Coffee and Danish on arrival
* Introduction to our team and explanation of the way the kitchen functions
* Plan your dishes (4 courses) and a trip to the market to buy any missing ingredient.
* Prepare your dishes and sample the end results for lunch
* Once all dishes are perfected 6 portions of the menu will be packed for you to host your own dinner party with confidence the following day
